It finds the hazard,
then files the paperwork.

Everybody drives past the shed truck tyre. Seeing it was never the hard part — the hard part is working out which of eighteen agencies owns that specific stretch, filing on the channel that agency actually accepts, and then going back to check whether anyone came. Point a dashcam at it and Road Cleaner does all three. Nobody talks to it. Its output is filed reports with case numbers.

Every hazard it found, re-staged

A confirmed hazard is also a rare event, and rare events are exactly what a self-driving stack never gets enough of. So every case is re-staged here as dashcam footage. Each clip is seeded from one real detection — gated on more than one look, filed with the agency that owns the road — which means every scenario traces back to something that happened, and not one frame of it was filmed.

Full automation

Press it and nothing else happens by hand. It samples the clip, looks twice, decides whether the hazard clears the gate, works out which of seventy-two agencies owns that stretch, writes the report and sends it. The mail lands in your inbox, because the road in the clip is generated and no maintenance desk should get post about it.

DOT contact — you send it

The same work, stopping one step earlier. It names the agency, gives you the inbox or the form they actually accept, and hands over the finished report to send in your own name. This is the honest ending for most of the country: fifty-nine of the seventy-two agencies on file publish a web form and no address at all.
